HOW TO REACH US
By train: Rosignano Marittimo Railway Station 10 km
By plane: Pisa Airport 30 km.
By car: From the North: A12 Motorway Livorno exit, follow GROSSETO-ROMA in blu. Continue along the Leghorn (Livorno) bypass until you come to the Aurelia SS1 Main Road. Take the SS1 southbound. After approx. 6 Km when the end of the village Quercianella (sign with diagonal line through it) is indicated keep to the right following CASTIGLIONCELLO - ZONA LITORANEA. Fifty metres beyond this sign, turn left for NIBBIAIA. You are now in Via del Vaiolo. Go along this road for approx. 3 Km. Twenty metres after you see the sign for AIA DELLA VECCHIA, you will find parking space on your right. You will see “La Casina”, on the first floor, in front of you. The entrance is on the other side of the building.

From the South: A12 Motorway Vada exit and take the main road SS1 “Variante Aurelia” following signs in blue to Livorno. Go along this road for approx. 12 Km. When the dual carriageway becomes a single-lane carriageway with 60 Km/h speed limit, turn right and right again, following for QUERCIANELLA-NIBBIAIA. Follow signs in blue to NIBBIAIA. Drive along this road for approx. 3Km. Twenty metres after the sign AIA DELLA VECCHIA, you will find parking space on your right. You will see “La Casina”, on the first floor, in front of you. The entrance is on the other side of the building.

Betta's cottage

We are situated in the Mediterranean hills of Tuscany, 10 km south of Leghorn (Livorno), 3 km from the Quercianella beach and just 2 km from the village of Nibbiaia where the main services are. The house has magnificent views of the sea, olive groves and surrounding woodland. It offers great comfort in typical Italian style and is warm and cosy in winter. Guests may return to the house at any time of day or night. Sometimes it possible that breakfast is only supplied, but not served, so guests are kindly request to heat the food by themselves.
